Step 1:  Hydrate and Moisturize ALL OVER THE SKIN

Step 2:  Apply a colored paint around and over the EYES + paint the LIPS  (we chose Pink, but you can choose any color)

Step 3:  Paint the ENTIRE FACE with the color of your choice (we chose Beige, but you can choose any color)

Step 4: Draw 1 long line (a strip) on the face from the MOUTH up to the EARS (we chose Black), then add vertical lines along the strip with the same color

Step 5: Add Rhinestones to the areas of the FACE you desire (we chose to glue and add rhinestones around the frame of the eyes)

Step 6:  The FOREHEAD is a great place to draw ‘webs’, select a paint color to draw these  (we chose Blue, but you can choose any color). Feel free to add any additional designs and rhinestones to the face

Step 7:  Apply a colored paint around the tip of the NOSE (we chose Black, but you can choose any color)

Step 8:  Liner the EYES with a black eyeliner

Step 9: Add Glitter to the LIPS
